Worked with Joe. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He personally enjoyed riding, so he could relate to what we wanted in a bike. Found a bike for both my wife and I in our price range. Did not try and sell me something I couldn't afford, or pressure me in to anything. We told him what we wanted and he had 2-3 good suggestions right off the top of his head. We also bought a few accessories and Villiage had them put on in no time at all and the bike was ready to ride. Very professional staff that are always able to help if needed. Great range of bikes for all ages and price ranges. I will be recommending Joe and this store to friends and relatives for anything biking.
I recently was fitted and purchased a new bike at the Jenison store. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone - beginners to advanced riders!

Nice store, average size, good assortment of bikes, brought my four year old grand daughter in to chose her first bike, she rolled out with a pink one and she loves it. Her smile was worth every bit of it
