Awful experience!! Went in just to get a trim, very simple...didn't notice until I was home how uneven the bottom of my hair was, pieces sticking out all over. I literally could have done a better job myself. Not to mention, the woman who cut it wasn't very friendly, just complained with another co-worker about all the customers who would be showing up right before closing time. Safe to say, I will never be returning.
A place that actually listens to you..... Well they actually listened 6 months ago I guess they forgot how because the last two times we've been in the stylist did what they wanted and not what we were asking for!!!! My son wanted a haircut long on top short on the sides his hair was about 5 inches long and he ended up with a 2 on the sides and just over finger length on the top I don't understand how that happened when it's not what he asked for now I have a very disappointed child!!!
I really question the integrity of the check in app. We weren't able to check in before 10am on a Sunday morning. So we were checked in at 10:02 am and it said there was no wait. We live 6 blocks from there and raced up there. We were there by 10:06 and checked in. There were people in the waiting room they were calling first which was okay because they were there before we were. However, they took another online check in person before us who walked in after us. At 10:26 a guy walked right in and sat down for his haircut. The staff aren't the friendliest.
Not the best-didn't really do what I wanted with my hair. There are blunt ends and uneven cuts in my hair. Staff wasn't friendly at all, and were gossiping about us as we left. I usually really enjoy Great Clips service but I won't be returning to this Great Clips location again.
Reasonably priced haircuts and decent service.
