We have been getting our pizza from the Jenison location for years, we like their sauce. They are always prompt and our pizza is always hot.

I ordered online my pizza and breadsticks and I hit order before I forgot to add extra sauces. So I called them to see if they can add it to my order for me if not it wasn't a big deal. I got someone who was extremely rude about it then put the phone down to ask someone else and they were cursing up a storm and making fun of my question which was whatever but then you can hear everything they are saying! They are completely rude and have horrible customer service. I love their food but that was ridiculous.
