Herrema & Sons moved my in-laws baby grand piano from their house to ours. The move went without any issues and they made sure to take extra care of the family heirloom. Herrema & Sons moved our old piano down the street to a neighbor and moved our new piano from a different neighbor's basement to our house. Ronnie was very accommodating working with all 3 schedules. He is very professional and extremely personable! We really enjoyed working with Ronnie and his wife. We highly recommend Herrema and Sons Piano whether it's for moving a piano, buying a used piano or tuning. We had previously stopped into his showroom for our daughter to look at the pianos. Ronnie spent a considerable amount of time with us to help our daughter determine what was truly important to her for picking out a piano. We really learned a lot from Ronnie and appreciate the time and care he took with us.
Had a difficult walk out basement to first floor delivery a few miles away and they worked quick and efficient. The movers were clean and had mats and a cushioned travel blanket to protect my hardwood floors from the piano dolly. The very old piano upright looked just as it had and played wonderfully still. I appreciated the care and professionalism. My piano is acclimating to my home and they are coming back in two weeks to professionally tune it as well over many apprenticeship years of doing so. I would definitely recommend them to others needing a piano moved.
