Left my package on the front porch without ringing the doorbell. My package was COVERED in snow. Its a birthday present so I can't open it yet but it better not be ruined. They should really consider putting the packages in a bag to protect it if they're going to be lazy and not ring a doorbell.
I went here to get my first passport. The man that helped me was incredibly nice and very helpful. I had filled my forms out ahead of time and just needed pictures taken and the forms filed for processing. He was so pleasant and polite and I was in and out in ten minutes. I was astounded by how quickly and smoothly the transaction went. I'm definitely coming back to this post office.
I guess two day priority doesn't have a guarantee? Well, why don't they just rename it to WhenEver Day Priority? I went into the Jenison office to ship a package in two days, I didn't ask about a guarantee, I asked about getting a package there in two days.
Went here on 1/10/17 to get a new passport for my daughter and brought her previous one with us. Jim said we didn't need to send in the old one- of course we did!! He cost me three weeks delay, then I went back and told him to overnight the old passport. Now I find out he didn't!! We leave in two weeks and no passport. He should pay the expedite fee I'm going to get charged! Go to the city clerk, more competent and quicker.
