Staff is friendly, but can be a little overbearing at times. We have a difficult time finding the right shoes that we need. Prices are very reasonable when you can find what you're looking for. They do keep up with the latest styles.
Amazing selection and above all, the staff at the Baldwin St. Store in Jenison MI are absolutely wonderful. With the customer service world becoming less and less willing to happily assist clients, this store has certainly exceeded all expectations!
Clean place, clerk got me what I needed and helped me until I found what I wanted. Off main road. Made sure I knew about current promotions. I purchase two pairs of the same shoe Evey year since 1996. However they do change the part number every year. Last year they did not have my shoe and I had to drive to another city so I got a great coupon for my trouble.
