Had horrible back and rib problems and after a couple days of horrible pain I decided to walk all the way across campus from the freshman dorms. I went in and the lobby was full of students. They said they don't take patients who just walk in so I said just give me you're earliest appointment the next day. The next day they call me early in the morning and tell me my appointment has been cancelled because a doctor didn't come in. I was in immense pain but I had to take an appointment 2 days after I originally came in with an EMERGENCY. I couldn't sit down or lay down. Doctor looked at my back and gave some x-rays, diagnosed me with shifting of the ribs and said take some Motrin. Found an RA with a car and they took me to a back specialist and got real help. They didn't help me at all, don't waste your time with them they need to be shut down
If i could give it zero stars, i would. All the nurses were clueless and incredibly rude. They refused to treat me properly. This place should be shut down.
I had a very good experience. I made an appointment and they had many options available to accommodate. When I was there, they got me in and out quickly. Everyone working was pleasant. I would definitely recommend, especially for a college student who doesn't want to go home to see their primary Dr.
This is the first google review I've ever done. I was pretty baffled by how rude the staff were. Would recommend going down the road to the other Metro Health Center off of Lake Michigan towards Family Fare instead.
I hate this office.. I never knew any doctor's office to not give you an update or status on your spouse. They don't even let spouses in the examining room with the patient. Who signs papers when a spouse dies? The spouse. Horrible place to do business with. Not a very official and professional doctor's office. I dread when my wife says she has an appointment here..
