Brought in our elderly rat because of breathing issues. He has chronic respiratory disease which is common. We normally go to the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming but it was an emergency and couldn't be seen same day. Went to Cottonwood instead. The dr didn't look at him for more than a few mins before recommending an aggressive antibiotic without listening to his lungs. The dosage was RIDICULOUS - almost a full syringe for a rat, twice a day, that tastes and smells terrible. He did get better, but afterwards became more sick than he had previously. He died here just last week. Our other rat has the same issue but receives a diff medication from Animal Medical and is still kicking. Will not be returning.

I loved practicing veterinary medicine here and from an inside opinion everyone who works here from veterinarians to receptionists to technicians is exemplary and loves keeping your pets healthy
